Our fabrics have also been tested in accordance with the European standard EN 20811, which determines a fabric's behaviour under progressively increasing hydrostatic pressure, identifying the pressure threshold at which water starts to pass through. This process outlines a method for assessing fabric resistance to water penetration under hydrostatic pressure. As a result, Ecotent® fabrics can withstand up to a water column of 2,000 mm, proving them to be completely waterproof.

Our 500D Oxford and 250D Oxford fabrics have been tested and certified for fire resistance by the leading institute Efectis Nederland BV. Their reaction-to-fire class according to European standard EN 13501-1:2018 is B - s1, d0. This means that they are recognised as non-flammable and sit in Class 1 according to Italian regulations, i.e. fire-retardant. 

Why does this matter?
To use your pop-up gazebo at certain events or public demonstrations, the organising body may require a fire class certificate, and our textiles meet the required standards. You can also be safe in the knowledge that you are protected against cigarette butts, scorching sun, and authorised lights or heat sources. Of course, direct contact with open flames must always be avoided. 

The long lifespan of our gazebos also includes durable colours. In fact, in accordance with the European standards DIN EN ISO 105-B02 and DIN EN ISO 105-A02, our gazebo textiles scored 4.5-6.5 out of a maximum of 8 respectively on the blue scale and 3.5 out of a maximum of 5 for on grey scale. The above standard provides a method for assessing how artificial light, simulating natural sunlight, impacts the colour of various fabrics. In simple terms, our fabrics have passed colourfastness tests with flying colours, proving their durability even after extended exposure to sunlight. 

Aside from being irritating due to the heat, Ultraviolet rays can pose significant health risks and potentially damage merchandise or materials under your gazebo. Our pop-up gazebo fabrics feature a UV protection factor of UPF 50+, the highest rating possible, ensuring that you, your customers, and your products are consistently shielded from harmful ultraviolet rays! Additional, adjustable Velcro corner fasteners guarantee uniform roof tension. The benefits? Your logo will remain clearly visible, no water will accumulate, and your pop-up gazebo will maintain its professional appearance.

With the aim of increasing the longevity of our pop-up gazebos, we have equipped our roofs with additional 500D Oxford fabric layers where the tent frame comes into contact with fabric. This allows us to prevent textile wear and tear. The colour of these reinforcements matches the roof.

For a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing result, all pop-up gazebo edges and seams are the same colour.

What are rubber cover caps for? They protect the aluminium scissor profiles and roof from damage during transport and use, ensuring the fabric never comes into direct contact with the aluminium, thereby delaying wear and tear. We do everything we can to make your pop-up gazebo last longer!

Highly stable and lightweight. Aluminium may be lightweight, but it is very resistant! The square profile with reinforcing ribs gives our pop-up gazebos extreme stability.

Our pop-up gazebos’ strong square support plates, made of galvanised steel or aluminium depending on the series, allow the frame to rest firmly on the ground, whatever the surface. The dedicated holes also allow the gazebo to be bolted to the ground without damaging the tent frame. 

Clips on the corner posts of the pop-up gazebo attach to the roof while maintaining optimum fabric tension at all times. In addition, the overall appearance looks more professional and logos and lettering on the façade remain clearly visible.

• The legs of our E1 pop-up gazebos measure 46x46 mm (diagonal: 56.5 mm), with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The roof profiles of our E1 tent frame measure 30x15 mm with a thickness of 2.8 mm, ensuring exceptional strength in all conditions.
• The legs of our E2 folding gazebos measure 43x43 mm (diagonal 55.5 mm) with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The roof profiles of the E2 tent frame measure 28.5x15 mm with a thickness of 2 mm, providing exceptional strength and versatility.
• The legs of the E3 folding gazebos are 32x32 mm (diagonal 41 mm) with a thickness of 2.1 mm. The roof profiles of our E3 tent frame measure 28.5x15 mm and are 2 mm thick, making them stable and suitable for occasional and temporary use.

What does the red button on the corner posts do? It helps dismantle your pop-up gazebo effortlessly after use, without the risk of snagging or pinching your fingers. Press it to unlock the corner slider without the roof descending all at once, allowing you to fold up your gazebo with ease.

Protects against scratches and guarantees improved handling and longevity. All movable aluminium frame components (E1, E2) are wrapped in plastic guides that protect from friction and facilitate set-up and disassembly. 

The spring bolt integrated into the aluminium frame is called a set-up aid button, as it facilitates the set-up and disassembly of your gazebo. Simply press it to extend the legs effortlessly.

The height of our E1 and E2 pop-up gazebos can be adjusted by 2 or 3 levels to adapt them to meet any need. This feature is particularly useful if your pop-up gazebo needs to be erected on sloping ground or there are height restrictions.

We do not use screws as they tend to loosen over time. Our patented bolt system connects individual components to the tent frame. In addition, spare parts can be replaced without tools if necessary.

Since it can never be assumed that there will be no wind, we always recommend professional fastening. We recommend using the 20 kg weights for all pop up gazebos measuring 3x3 m or more (3x3 m, 4.5x3 m, 4x2 m, 4x4 m, 6x3 m, 6x4 m and 8x4 m). For maximum stability, we recommend placing the 20 kg weights on all 4 or 6 feet of the pop up gazebo, which not only increases the weight of the gazebo itself but also increases its support surface.
