SIMPLE ACTIVATION

CARE and CARE+ cover can only be taken out when you order a new pop up gazebo and cannot be retroactively applied to products already purchased.

How do I make a claim in the event of damage?

A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

1. Send an email to care@zingerle.group

2. Provide the unique serial number on the inside of the roof (even if it is the aluminium frame that is damaged) and the contract number and attach a photo of the damage

3. We will verify the claim and arrange prompt replacement.

How long can my pop up gazebo be insured for?

AS LONG AS YOU LIKE

When purchasing a pop up gazebo, you can take out insurance for one, two or three years. After that, it can be renewed annually before the expiry date.

What does it cover?

ROOF OR TOTAL

With CARE insurance, only the roof of the purchased pop up gazebo is covered. CARE+ insurance, on the other hand, covers both the pop up gazebo roof and the aluminium frame.

How many times can I replace the roof and tent frame?

AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO!

With CARE and CARE+, there is no limit to the number of times you can replace the roof and/or tent frame in the event of damage caused by force majeure.

How much does activation cost?

How can I unsubscribe?

Simple cancellation

The contract holder may cancel CARE/+ annually prior to the expiry date. Failure to pay the insurance by the due date will automatically result in the forfeiture of the contract and the extinction of all rights arising from this policy.
