Yes, all Ecotent® pop up gazebos are 100 % waterproof. With a water column of more than 1,600 mm they are absolutely waterproof and are therefore perfectly suitable for outdoor use. For our pop up gazebos we either use the Oxford 500D or the Oxford 250D textile. The latter is slightly thinner, however, it does not differ from the other in its quality and robustness. In addition, the fabrics comply with the European standard EN 13501-1. In addition to the Oxford fabrics, we also offer an environmentally friendly alternative: our Recycling fabric made from 100 % recycled polyester, produced from old PET bottles. By using this sustainable material, we are helping to reduce large amounts of plastic waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or the ocean.

Spending time outdoors? No problem. Carefree and without worries? Yes. Our pop up gazebos have a UPF value of 50+ and therefore offer you excellent protection from the sun. In addition, all our pop up gazebos are 100 % waterproof and therefore suitable for outdoor use 365 days a year.

Our Oxford 500D fabric is fire-retardant.

From the Oxford 250D fabric you can choose the fire-retardant or the non fire-retardant version.

Our Recycling fabric is only available in a non fire-retardant version.

All our gazebo fabrics can be printed individually. The Oxford 500D textile can even be personalised with full sublimation printing, allowing photos and graphics to be printed in the highest quality. The Oxford 250D fabric (fire-retardant and non fire-retardant), as well as our recycled fabrics, can be personalised with logos and lettering thanks to thermal transfer or screen printing.

The washing machine is taboo, because an Ecotent® pop up gazebo must always be cleaned very gently. Use a soft sponge or cloth and some lukewarm water to wipe dirt from the fabric. We advise against the use of steam cleaners and chemical agents, as you could damage or even completely destroy the impregnations. If you still want to use a detergent, use a neutral soap that you dissolve in lukewarm water.

Ecotent® manufactures all its products within the European Union and has various certifications that ensure high quality and durability of the products. The aluminium profiles of our pop up gazebos are thicker compared to those of our competitors, which ensures greater stability and durability. In addition, we have an in-house graphics team and print shop to ensure flawless personalisation of each pop up gazebo. Our customer service consists of a team of experts who are always there to help you after the sale. We offer various warranties, spare parts and repair services. With over 30 years of experience in production, we are part of the Zingerle Group, which also includes our sister company Mastertent®, the largest European pop up gazebo manufacturer.

One person is sufficient to assemble pop up gazebos up to a size of 3x3 m, but for larger pop up gazebos we recommend the presence of two people. You can assemble pop up gazebos of all sizes on your own, but you should bear in mind that large pop up gazebos might take a little longer to erect.

The best thing to do is to watch the instruction video on the roof assembly, this will make it very easy for you. 

Assembly can vary slightly depending on the size of the pop up gazebo, but a 3x3 m pop up gazebo can be assembled by 2 people in only 2 minutes.

Assembly is very easy and requires no tools. Also, no loose individual parts have to be assembled.

Due to the small packing dimensions, almost all pop up gazebos can be transported by car with ease. The classic 3×3 m pop up gazebo, for example, has a pack size of 42x44x158 cm and thanks to the integrated transport protection, friction between the frame structure and the roof can be avoided during transport. In addition, the transport protection acts as a kind of shock absorber to blows and impacts. Our transport wheels make the way to the car easier for you: They can be easily attached to the feet of the pop up gazebo and even if the gazebo is somewhat larger, they contribute to easy transport. 

The assembly of an Ecotent® pop up gazebo is very simple and requires no tools. Even one person alone can set it up. Take a look at our set-up video, in which a pop up gazebo 3x3 m from the E1 series is set up by two people. 

Our beach flags S and L can of course be printed as well. We use sublimation printing to adapt the flags to your corporate design, maximising your visibility at trade fairs and events.

The high-quality printing processes we use to customise the pop up gazebos make the graphics indestructible. Sun and rain cannot harm the carefully printed motifs, because our pop up gazebos were primarily designed for outdoor use and adapted to its influences.

The price for printing a pop up gazebo varies depending on the type of printing and the size of the print area. Smaller print motifs that can be realised by means of thermal transfer printing are usually more cost-effective than full-surface prints on the roof or side panels.

Thanks to our in-house graphics department at our headquarters in South Tyrol - Italy, we develop the first graphic design within 24 hours of receiving your request. As soon as you have confirmed the design, we will start with the production and you will receive your pop up gazebo in a maximum of 2 weeks.

Vector files are always best, as they can be enlarged without loss of quality.
Depending on the type of print, you can also send us other file formats. Here you will find a complete overview of the options that you have:

• For screen printing we need vector files (ai/pdf/eps).
• Vector files (ai/pdf/eps) are also needed for thermal transfer printing. If it’s not possible for you to send us vector files, we can print your logo by manually removing the background, but this is a stopgap measure.
• Vector data and/or high resolution images are required for sublimation printing.
  For a full-surface sublimation print we need:
  • The print file at a scale of 1:1 with a resolution of 100 dpi or at a scale of 1:10 with a resolution of 300 dpi. 
  • All fonts must be converted to paths.
  • The print file must not have any overhangs or crop marks.
  • All images must be embedded in the file.

The entire surface of the roof and both sides of the side panels can be personalised with a print. Inside and outside.
More to come! The side panels with zip are designed so that a seamless printing of two side panels is possible.

We are proud of the ECO PASSPORT for the printing ink we use for our tent fabrics. ECO PASSPORT certified substances have been tested for pollutants in critical concentrations as listed in the ECO PASSPORT standard. The label thus transparently demonstrates which articles meet the criteria for ecologically responsible textile production. Once a year, OEKO-TEX® updates the banned substances and limit values and expands them to include new scientific findings or legal requirements. 

If any questions arise during the configuration process, e.g. regarding the personalisation and printing of your pop up gazebo, one of our experts will be there for you. He/she will help you within 24 hours with tips, tricks and answers so that you end up with exactly what you need. After everything has been clarified, you will receive your offer.

With the expert you will discuss the print graphics (if selected), which will then be brought to perfection by our graphics team.

If you have not selected any personalisation option for your configuration, then you will receive the offer without obligation via email within 24 hours (working days). In this case, no personal exchange with our staff is necessary (unless you have questions).

As soon as you have designed your dream tent (or 2 or 3), you can send off your configuration. In the comment field you have the possibility to ask us questions or to communicate other concerns. All data entered will be treated confidentially. They only serve to answer your request as good and fast as possible.

Are all configurations checked? Yes, we make sure that each configuration is complete and that we have all the info we need.

Then the next step is to confirm the offer. Yes, exactly, it’s that easy and fast.

After you have confirmed the offer, we immediately start to produce your gazebo at our two production sites in Europe. Your pop up gazebo will be printed, sewn and assembled there. We then carry out a quality check to ensure that your pop up gazebo is functioning flawlessly when you receive it.

Nice to know: In the production process of our pop up gazebos, there are some steps where manual work is crucial. Because when it comes to millimetre work, we leave nothing to chance!

In 4-14 days (depending on the order) your dream tent will already be with you and it will be ready for use immediately.

Delivery times may vary depending on the season, country and place of delivery. In addition, standard tents in stock have shorter delivery times than printed pop up gazebos. In any case, they do not exceed 2 weeks. To find out the estimated delivery time, simply ask your contact person before placing your order.

We do not have any physical shops, however, customers who are close to our showrooms or main locations are welcome to drop by and pick up their pop up gazebo.
